While we strive to verify brokers on our platform, CMT does not guarantee the creditworthiness or reliability of any broker. Carriers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
6. Limitation of Liability
CMT is not a party to any agreements between carriers and brokers. We are not responsible for disputes, payment issues, or any damages arising from transactions facilitated through our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the CMT platform are owned by Cover My Truck or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CMT at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
